Paradyme Duo is made up of Reg Downey and Andreas Flensted, an international vocal and piano duo known for creating concerts that feel personal, warm, and deeply engaging.
Our music blends pop, ballads, adult contemporary, and gentle gospel influence into a sound that feels both modern and timeless. Whether we are performing in a church, a concert hall, a living room, or a company event, our goal is always the same: to create a moment that matters.

About The Duo
Andreas Flensted
Andreas is a pianist, singer and songwriter with a background rooted in both classical music and contemporary performance. He holds a Master’s degree in Musicology from the University of Copenhagen, where he wrote his thesis on Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata. He is one half of Paradyme Duo, performing together with Reg Downey, while also collaborating with classical musicians giving concerts across Denmark.
Alongside his work as a performer, Andreas has composed songs for children’s musicals and for schools and churches. He is the pianist for a gospel choir and is regularly engaged as a pipe organist in many churches. He began playing the piano and singing in a boys’ choir at the age of eight, which marked the beginning of a lifelong connection to music.
Today, most of his time is dedicated to Paradyme Duo. Outside of music, Andreas has a strong interest in health and wellbeing and enjoys training at the gym. Through his involvement with LifeWave, he enjoys helping others explore biohacking and physical balance using phototherapy patches, while also spending time building his unique garden, where many of his creative ideas come to life.
Reg Downey
Reg was born on a big farm on the Canadian prairies, where he discovered his love for singing at an early age – often in the barn while milking cows or behind the wheel of a tractor. He also sang in school, but it wasn’t until his twenties, when he joined a gospel choir, that he found the heart of his desire: to bring life and encouragement through music.
He earned an Associate of Arts degree at a college in Dallas, Texas, while also traveling for 2 years with a choir across 35 American states, Mexico, Canada, and five European countries, including Denmark. He then spent several years living between Canada and Denmark before settling permanently in Denmark, where he married and then raised four children.
Reg is a singer, songwriter, and one-half of Paradyme Duo, performing alongside Andreas to create music that uplifts and inspires audiences. Nowadays, his family is often involved in their venture.
Outside of music, he is a hair stylist and entrepreneur, having owned five hair salons, and he enjoys designing and creating inspiring interiors, and making people look good.
